Thank you for choosing Lado Jewellers! We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or return your purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Order Cancellation:

  • You are entitled to cancel your order before it ships.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to the “Returns” section below.

Return Policy:

  • We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and any tags or packaging that came with the item.
  • We offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges for merchandise of equal or greater value.
  • Some items may be subject to exceptions to this return policy, such as custom-made jewelry or special sale items. These exceptions will be noted on the product page or communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • We are unable to accept returns on custom-made or specially ordered pieces.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

  • Contact us: Please inform us of your intent to return your item(s) by contacting us at+91-9950424343 or emailing us at Ladojeweller@gmail.com within the designated timeframe.
  • Return authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your package.
  • Securely pack your item(s): Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged in the original box or similar packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Lado Jewellers. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance for your peace of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
